About the job

The Agent Connect team at Twilio is building the bridge between AI agents and the Twilio platform and we are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the team and help set their strategy. This role will lead the team responsible for enabling Twilio customers building and operating best in class agents to connect those Agents to all of Twilio’s channels and our conversation primitives. In this role, you’ll:

• Lead the engineering strategy and execution for enabling customer AI agents to securely and reliably consume Twilio platform capabilities.
• Build and scale systems that power the connections between AI agents and the Twilio platform.
• Collaborate across product, platform, security, and go-to-market teams to identify high-impact use cases and deliver production-ready solutions to our customers.
• Cultivate a high-performing engineering team by hiring, mentoring, and developing managers and engineers across a rapidly evolving technical space.
