About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical Global Partner Data Senior Analyst to provide the data and insights that directly inform strategic business decisions through robust data analytics and reporting. This role sits within the Global Partner Program and Strategy team and operates at the intersection of data science and business strategy. The primary focus is on leveraging partner data across all systems—including PRM platforms, Salesforce, and learning management systems—to generate actionable insights that optimize the global partner ecosystem.

This role is instrumental in shaping the future of the Global Partner Strategy by transforming raw data into clear, compelling narratives and reports that cover the partner program, partner ecosystem, and overall partner business. This includes designing and maintaining essential dashboards, developing predictive analytics that drive strategic decisions related to Okta’s partner strategy, annual program planning, and measuring benefit ROI. You will also partner with technical teams to ensure data architecture supports robust analysis and drives efficiency across the partner lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analytics, Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct deep-dive strategic analysis to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for program/ecosystem optimization.
  • Assist the design, development, and maintenance of all recurring Business Intelligence (BI) reports and executive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce reports) to monitor the health and performance of the Global Partner Program and ecosystem, including:
    • Partner performance and engagement
    • Deal registration, referrals, and co-sell metrics
    • Portal usage analytics
  • Develop and maintain predictive models and advanced analytics that directly influence the development of partner strategy, annual program planning, program benefit ROI measurement, and business cases for new partner incentives.
  • Translate complex business questions and requirements into clear analytical frameworks and data visualizations.
