About the Role

As part of the Sales Strategy and Operations Strategic Planning team, you’ll be at the core of driving the insights and strategy that fuel our Sales team’s success. This role is an ideal launchpad for anyone eager to learn how a fast-scaling business operates.

As a key contributor, you’ll engage in a variety of high-impact projects—taking ideas from concept to implementation—while collaborating cross-functionally with teams across sales, finance, product, and operations to ensure smooth and scalable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Planning: Conduct ongoing and ad hoc strategic analysis to set plans and targets, blending operations and strategy to drive key business decisions.
  • Modeling & forecasting: Build and manage headcount models, sales forecasts, quota projections, and resource plans to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder management: Lead daily communications with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Analytics: Dive into quota performance and sales data to deliver actionable insights that enhance sales efficiency and planning processes.
