A Typical Day:
- Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
- Analyze broad data to understand the impact of various supply growth initiatives (e.g., incentives, referrals, hosting services) on bookings, attach rate, revenue, profitability, occupancy, rebooking rate, churn, and other key metrics.
- Define new metrics and identify leading indicators of key business outcomes.
- Build dashboards to track key performance metrics across markets and customer segments to establish benchmarks.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve business performance and maximize incrementality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science, to align strategies and leverage synergies.
