As an expert in the field, you will have ownership in shaping our global ER strategy. You wont just be managing cases; youll be the architect of how Reddit balances global compliance with a community-first culture.

We are looking for an experienced Global Employee Relations Lead to join our HRBP & Organisational Development team, a sub function of our wider People & Culture team (P&C).

As a subject matter expect you will own impact on how we manage and deliver a best in class people and leadership experience through employee relations matters. Promoting a values led culture across our truly global workforce, including 12 global “places” aka where we work in office and beyond to where our employees live.

Role Description

As a Global ER Partner, you’ll lead complex ER cases, provide expert advice, and develop frameworks that empower our leaders and employees to do their best work.

Reporting to the Director HRBP, International and working closely with HRBPs, senior stakeholders and our Legal team, your contributions will strengthen performance impact and enhance the employee experience.

This collaborative position lets you operate across regions, leveraging your smart thinking, solid communication skills, employment law expertise and solution oriented focus in a global organisation.
