MongoDB is looking for a strategic, high-impact Senior Regional Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Israel, a high-growth strategic market characterized by its unique "Startup Nation" ecosystem. This role requires a proactive business partner who acts as the "marketing leader for the region," driving market expansion and revenue growth through an integrated, campaign-led strategy. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by balancing an executive approach with a high-impact developer enablement strategy. Your goal is to not only win the hearts of C-level decision-makers but also to empower and upskill the developer communities from our most strategic accounts to the start ups ensuring MongoDB becomes their platform of choice.
This role will report to the Director, Regional Marketing for CEEUR & Israel.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience in a technology company (B2B SaaS preferred), with a proven track record in the Israeli market
- Business Acumen: A true "Commercial Marketer" who connects marketing activities directly to business outcomes, revenue, and commercial growth. Proven experience to work with sales teams
- Communication: Exceptional executive presence; able to influence senior leadership and sales RVPs using data-driven insights
- Leadership traits: strong sense of ownership & professional maturity
- Autonomy: highly proactive and data driven mindset
- Hebrew native + English (mandatory)
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Problem solving skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Salesforce/Eloqua/Wrike/Splash experience preferred
Core Responsibilities & Position Expectations
- Strategic Ownership: Fully own the development and execution of the Israel Regional Marketing Plan, ensuring it is a cohesive strategic narrative aligned with business priorities like pipeline generation and market expansion tailored to Israel's verticals : Cyber, FSI, Government and StartUps
- Strategic Business Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to Regional Directors and Account Executives, proactively identifying regional opportunities and discovering key decision-makers within strategic accounts
- Drive Developer Enablement: Actively lead initiatives to upskill the developer community within your assigned accounts. This includes organizing technical workshops, "Dev Days," and hands-on enablement sessions that remove friction and drive MongoDB adoption from the ground up
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage intent signals and attribution tools (e.g., Zoom info, Salesforce) to deploy targeted campaigns and measure ROI<
