This role is the operational backbone of our global internship and early career programs. Youll drive the infrastructure that makes world-class intern experiences possible — owning program management across the full lifecycle while stepping into full-cycle recruiting when business demand calls for it.
Youll partner across Talent, Diversity & Belonging, Airfinity groups, and business functions to ensure our programs are scalable, equitable, and deeply connected to Airbnbs mission.
Whether youre designing intern onboarding, consulting a first-time hiring manager, or building a sourcing strategy for graduate-level roles in APAC or EMEA — your work shapes how the next generation of talent experiences Airbnb.
