The Pinterest Apprenticeship Program is an opportunity for professionals from non-tech backgrounds and those who may face barriers of entry into the industry to experience Product Management at Pinterest. Apprenticeships are up to one year long with the opportunity to be considered for conversion to a full-time Product Manager. Employment throughout the program is at will, and while programs can be up to one year in length, there is no guarantee on the specific length of the program.

What you’ll do:

  • Work alongside other Pinterest Product Managers and key partners on our Design, Research, and Engineering teams on a high-impact project
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help turn ideas into real product innovation. You’ll get direct experience assisting with defining product goals & requirements, driving insights & wins through experiments, and owning projects end-to-end
  • Collaborate with an assigned mentor who will help you navigate the expectations of a Product Manager at Pinterest
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize your workflow and to make cross-functional collaboration more productive and efficient
  • Continually grow through various learning and development opportunities
