An overview of this role As a Senior Solutions Architect , youll help customers in the Paris territory solve complex technical challenges and shape long-term success with GitLab.

Reporting to the Senior Manager on the Solutions Architects team , youll act as a trusted technical advisor for assigned accounts by building end-to-end technical strategy, guiding multi-team transformation initiatives, and connecting customer needs to the value of GitLabs AI-powered DevSecOps platform .

This is a high-impact role for someone who can combine deep product knowledge, market awareness, and practical customer engagement to support complex opportunities across the region.

Youll have the chance to lead strategic conversations that influence technical direction, competitive positioning, and adoption planning. In your first year, success will look like building strong technical relationships across your accounts, creating clear customer success plans, and helping teams navigate broad integration and transformation scenarios with confidence.
