Location: United States or Canada As a Contract Sourcer at GitLab, youll help build strong candidate pipelines for our sales team
in the AMER region in a fully remote, distributed company. Youll focus on finding and engaging
passive talent for sales roles, while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and
business leaders to understand hiring needs and local market dynamics. This is a highly
outbound role where your research, outreach, and judgment will directly influence hiring
outcomes. Youll also help strengthen sourcing practices by mapping talent markets, building
pipelines, and improving how we identify and connect with great candidates in a values-driven
environment.
