Reporting to the Director of Field Engineering for Healthcare and Life Science, the Solutions Architect Manager will be pivotal in leading a high-performing team of pre-sales Solutions Architects focused on Greenfield Accounts. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Architects in enterprise software, big data/analytics, data engineering, and data science. You will partner with healthcare and life sciences organizations to solve complex and strategic challenges using Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform. You will guide your team’s customer engagement to design and deliver solutions that clearly translate technical capabilities into tangible business value while actively supporting complex sales cycles. You will cultivate trusted relationships with executives and influencers across large enterprises and contribute to go-to-market strategies to accelerate the adoption of modern data and AI capabilities in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Greenfield teams, building customer trust, and navigating complex enterprise deals from discovery to close, balancing strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep industry expertise.
