You will lead enterprise customers from strategic planning through production deployment, architecting AI-powered security solutions and ensuring measurable business outcomes. This role bridges business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on technical execution in the high-stakes domain of security operations and threat management.
About the Role
As an AI Deployment Strategist specializing in cybersecurity, you will partner with senior security executives to design and implement AI-driven transformations across security operations, threat intelligence, incident response, and compliance. You'll work at the intersection of customer strategy and Mistral's technical capabilities, translating complex security challenges into deployable AI solutions that deliver measurable impact on key security metrics.
Responsibilities

- Partner with the Applied AI team to architect, prototype, and deploy production AI solutions for automated threat detection, intelligent alert triage, security log analysis, phishing detection, and compliance automation
- Lead pilot projects and proofs-of-value demonstrating AI impact in security contexts, ensuring solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory standards (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SecNumCloud)
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, monitoring security-focused KPIs such as mean time to detect, mean time to respond, false positive reduction, and analyst productivity
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts, building on initial cybersecurity successes to drive long-term partnerships
- Act as the bridge between cybersecurity customers and Mistral's internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product and research roadmaps for security-oriented features
- Develop reusable playbooks, best practices, and assets specific to cybersecurity deployments to scale delivery excellence
- Stay current on threat landscapes, emerging cyber regulations, and AI-for-security trends to maintain thought leadership with customer stakeholders
- Travel 30-60% within France and Europe to support client relationships and on-site deployments
Requirements
