Product Operations Engineer

Doppel is building an AI-native social engineering defense platform that protects enterprises from phishing, impersonation, fraud, and AI-powered threats. We're looking for a Product Operations Engineer to drive operational excellence across Product, Engineering, Data/ML, and Customer teams as we scale our digital risk protection platform.

About the Role

You'll own product operations at a Series C startup, turning ambiguous problems into repeatable processes and ensuring teams have the operational foundation to execute quickly. This is a cross-functional leadership role focused on improving how products are built, launched, and measured—not direct engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable processes for roadmap planning, product launches, feedback loops, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
• Identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies; streamline workflows to enable Product and Engineering teams to move faster
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and synthesize customer and business insights to ensure product decisions are data-driven
• Surface insights from data and customers that inform product strategy and execution
• Align Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Leadership around priorities, execution plans, and measurable business outcomes
• Drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements across multiple teams in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

• Proven track record improving cross-functional product operations and driving strategic initiatives in fast-growing, fast-moving environments
• Strong analytical and technical fluency: SQL, APIs, product analytics, data pipelines, and ML concepts
• Ability to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience designing scalable processes and creating operational systems that enable teams to scale
• Metrics-driven mindset with demonstrated success defining KPIs and building dashboards
• Excellent communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
