Customer Service Agent

The Customer Service Agent role at Gen Digital is based in Tempe, AZ. The position provides front-line support for Norton and LifeLock offerings in a call center environment, covering product support, account management, and member-portal navigation. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries on product support, account management, and member-portal navigation for Norton and LifeLock security offerings.
• Perform light technical support including software downloads and browser navigation assistance.
• Educate customers on products and identify opportunities for service expansion to increase revenue.
• Resolve customer conflicts or dissatisfaction with products or services.
• Navigate multiple systems to address customer questions on Norton and LifeLock products.
• Apply product and industry knowledge to resolve issues without escalation to management.
• Adhere to all information security policies, procedures, and practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, or a college degree in substitution for the experience requirement.
• Ability to protect highly confidential and proprietary business information.
• Ability to maintain the highest standards of privacy and security.
