Global Customer Care Recruiter

Gen Digital seeks a Contract Global Customer Care Recruiter to support high-volume front line hiring for customer support roles. The position is based in Tempe, AZ, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week onsite. The recruiter will focus on building monthly training classes and sustaining hiring velocity across recurring cohort starts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume requisition load for front line positions and recurring class-based starts.
• Build, launch, and maintain talent pipelines supporting monthly training classes and ongoing demand.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, offer support, and pre-start follow-up.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, resume database mining, referrals, local market outreach, and passive candidate engagement.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, data insights, and ATS platforms such as Ashby to improve workflow efficiency and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, align on class sizes and start dates, and meet hiring timelines.
• Run structured hiring processes to maintain speed, consistency, and quality at scale.
• Track funnel health, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies to fill classes on schedule.
• Handle offer, onboarding, and handoff activities for new hires entering training classes.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation standards, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success recruiting for high-volume front line roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience hiring into recurring cohorts, training classes, or class-based start models.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions while maintaining speed and quality.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers in operational or customer-facing environments.
• Full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing expertise.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby.
• Experience using AI-enabled sourcing tools and data insights for recruiting workflows.
• Ability to manage high applicant flow and move candidates through the hiring funnel.
• Ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
