Dietary Aide/ Servers

Dietary Aide/Server position at Franciscan Village in Lemont, Illinois, operated by Franciscan Ministries. This part-time role covers the 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. shift and supports dining services for residents. Compensation is $18.00 per year.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and set tables in the dining rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas including vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas.
• Clear tables in the dining room as needed and process dishes through the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Store clean dishes in the appropriate locations.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• ServSafe certification if required
• No experience required; 1+ years of dining services experience preferred
