Memory Care Resident Care Assistant- PM Shift

This Memory Care Resident Care Assistant role on the PM shift is with Franciscan Ministries in Homer Glen, IL. The position supports residents in a memory care setting by assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and leisure activities while following all policies and procedures. The hourly pay range is $17.00 to $20.00.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, along with medication reminders.
• Identify residents' physical and cognitive changes, then complete appropriate follow-up decisions, documentation, and communication to associates.
• Assist residents with leisure time programming, including escorting to and from activities.
• Support dining services and general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR certification.
• 1-2+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
