NOC Supervisor of Nursing Services

This NOC Nurse Supervisor position is located at Franciscan Village, a senior living community in Lemont, IL. The role functions as the night-shift supervisor within the nursing department and reports alongside other clinical leadership to support daily operations for residents. Pay ranges from $43.00 to $46.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist the clinical leadership team with oversight of daily nursing department operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervise direct nursing staff across all units to maintain quality care and service delivery to residents.
• Monitor staffing levels, adjust schedules, and secure coverage as needed.
• Function as a staff nurse when required to meet operational needs.
• Conduct clinical rounds to verify task completion and department cleanliness.
• Review resident records for completion and accuracy.
• Escalate operational issues or concerns to the clinical leadership team.
• Ensure the nursing department complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations as well as organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information.
• Support preparation and admission processes for new residents, including room setup and communication with the resident and family.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and follow all updated policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
• Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience, with geriatric experience preferred.
