Server

This part-time Server role is based at Franciscan Village, a senior living community in Lemont, Illinois. The position supports dining services operations on a 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM schedule and reports to the Dining Services management team. The hourly rate is $18.00.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and set tables in the dining rooms.
• Clean production areas including vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage spaces.
• Clear tables in the dining room as needed and process dishes through the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots and pans as needed.
• Store clean dishes in their designated locations.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Dispose of garbage appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and updates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ServSafe certification if required by the facility.
• No prior experience required; 1 or more years of dining services experience preferred.
