Server

The Server role at Franciscan Ministries supports dining services at the Lindenhurst, IL location, 1075 E Victory Dr. This position assists with dietary functions across the Healthcare Center and Independent Living areas on full-time or part-time schedules that include every other weekend rotation. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and $250 for part-time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to residents and prepare tables in the dining areas.
• Keep all production zones clean, covering vents, fryers, flattops, ranges, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage spaces.
• Clear tables in the dining room as required and run dishes through the dishwasher.
• Clean pots and pans when necessary.
• Store clean dishes in their designated locations.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors on an as-needed basis.
• Handle garbage disposal following proper procedures.
• Complete additional tasks as directed.
• Follow all facility policies and procedures, including any revisions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• ServSafe certification when required by the facility
• No prior experience required; 1+ years of dining services experience preferred
