Environmental Services Tech

The Environmental Services Tech role with Franciscan Ministries is based at The Village at Victory Lakes, a senior living community in Lindenhurst, IL. This position covers cleaning and maintenance across resident quarters, common areas, and support spaces on a part-time evening schedule of 5:00pm to 10:00pm with every other weekend. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.95 per hour, with a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, and maintain safe conditions in all assigned facility areas using approved germicides and following infection control procedures at all times.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and carpets throughout the building.
• Clean windows, dust blinds, and wipe woodwork surfaces.
• Prepare resident rooms and beds after discharge, managing infectious waste according to protocols.
• Stock and clean work carts, supply closets, and non-motorized equipment.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned and follow all facility policies and updates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• No licenses or certifications required.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work part-time evening shifts of 5:00pm to 10:00pm with every other weekend.
