Concierge-On-Call

The Concierge-On-Call position is available at Vi at Silverstone, a Vi Living community located at 23005 N. 74th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. This on-call role supports the resident services team and carries a pay rate of $21 per hour within the overall range of $17.87 to $20.96 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct all residents and guests of the community
• Answer resident questions and address simple resident needs
• Monitor the emergency response and other community systems
• Receive and direct all incoming calls

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service environment (preferred)
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness and ability to obtain them
