LPN/LVN - On Call

Vi Living operates a senior living community at Vi at Highlands Ranch in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This on-call LPN/LVN role provides nursing care to residents at the 2850 Classic Drive location. The position carries a flat pay rate of $36.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Identify resident needs and implement prescribed interventions while evaluating outcomes and conditions.
• Deliver personal care services to residents as required.
• Collaborate with care team members to address resident care issues and improve service delivery.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing for licensed practical or vocational nurses.
• Current CPR and AED certifications.
• Current First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification.
• Minimum six months of experience as a licensed practical or vocational nurse preferred.
• Prior experience with geriatric clients preferred.
• Food handlers certification where required by local regulations.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to acquire them.
