LPN/LVN

The Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) role is with Vi Living at the Vi at Highlands Ranch senior living community, located at 2850 Classic Drive, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126. The position focuses on delivering care to residents through needs identification, prescribed interventions, and outcome evaluation while collaborating with the care team on quality improvement activities. The pay range is USD $30.00 - $35.16 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and services to residents by identifying needs and implementing prescribed interventions
• Evaluate resident outcomes and conditions
• Perform personal care for residents as needed
• Communicate and collaborate with care team members to resolve resident care problems and enhance delivery
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities

Requirements

• Graduation from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications
• Current First Aid certification, or willingness and ability to obtain
• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (preferred)
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients (preferred)
• Food handlers certification where required
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
