CNA/LNA - AM & PM openings

Vi Living operates the Vi at Highlands Ranch senior living community at 2850 Classic Drive, Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126. The CNA/LNA I position supports residents in this setting through assistance with daily care tasks under licensed staff supervision. The role includes both day and variable shifts with no specified schedule pattern.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff with clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents
• Support activities of daily living
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide dining and tray services
• Deliver escort services
• Record vital signs and weights
• Complete other care-related duties as assigned
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities
• Notify staff of resident condition changes

Requirements

• Current state CNA or LNA certification
• Prior experience as a CNA or LNA
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Current CPR and AED certification
• Current First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Food handlers certification where required
• Certified Medical Technician or Certified Medication Aide certification where required
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn
• Prior experience with geriatric clients preferred
