Director of Resident Services

Director of Resident Services position at Vi at Lakeside Village, a senior living community operated by Vi Living in Lantana, Florida. The role centers on management of resident services and oversight of personnel supporting the aging continuum at the 2792 Donnelly Drive location.

Responsibilities

• Direct resident services to maintain a healthy and enriching environment for the community.
• Manage the aging continuum in accordance with company mission and core values.
• Identify, supervise, and evaluate ancillary personnel delivering services and amenities to residents.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role that includes management responsibilities in a gerontology-focused area such as social work, nursing, or psychology.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Sociology, Psychology, Gerontology, or a related field.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain CPR certification.
• Knowledge of gerontological issues.
• Knowledge of Federal and State laws on elder care and assisted living, including compliance requirements.
• Project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Compliance with Florida Care Provider Background Screening process.
