Floor Technician

This Floor Technician role is with Vi Living at their senior living community located at 19333 W. Country Club Drive in Aventura, Florida. The position supports the housekeeping team and focuses on floor care and maintenance across common areas in a senior living setting. The role operates on standard schedules with access to company-provided equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard housekeeping equipment to complete routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in community common areas.
• Perform minor repairs on flooring and related surfaces on an as-needed basis.
• Clean common areas of the community as part of daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment (preferred).
• Valid and current driver's license where applicable.
• Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures.
• Skill with chemical solution and dilution ratios.
• Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.
