LPN/LVN - On Call

The LPN/LVN On Call role at Vi Living provides nursing support at the Vi at Grayhawk senior living community, located at 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. This on-call position focuses on resident care in a long-term care setting. The role reports a pay range of USD $27.57 - USD $34.47 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and services to residents through identification of needs and implementation of prescribed interventions
• Evaluate resident outcomes and conditions
• Perform personal care for residents as needed
• Communicate and collaborate with care team members to resolve resident care problems and enhance delivery
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities

Requirements

• Graduation from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications
• Current First Aid certification, or willingness and ability to obtain
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (preferred)
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients (preferred)
• Food handlers certification where required
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
