Certified Nursing Assistant

This Certified Nursing Assistant position is located at TidePointe, a Vi Community, at 700 TidePointe Way, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. The role supports residents in a senior living setting through 12-hour shifts scheduled as 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am, with required weekend availability. Both full-time day and part-time options (including weekend days, weekend availability, and nights) are available, along with a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for full-time and $800 for part-time hires.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff with clinical and technical tasks for assigned residents
• Support activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining and tray services, and escort services
• Perform vital signs and weights
• Complete other care-related duties as assigned
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities
• Notify staff of resident changes in condition

Requirements

• Current South Carolina CNA certification
• Prior experience required
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications
• Current First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Food handlers certification where required
• Certified Medical Technician or Certified Medication Aide certification where required
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience with geriatric clients preferred

• Pay range of $18.07 to $21.69 per hour, or more based on experience
