Cook I

The Cook position is open at Vi at Silverstone, a senior living community operated by Vi Living and located at 23005 N. 74th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. The role supports food service operations for residents in a senior living setting. The schedule and team structure follow standard kitchen operations within this community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary work area
• Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices
• Support the kitchen attendant as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience within a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living company preferred
• Basic knife skills
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment
• Ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handler certificate as required
• Valid and current driver's license where applicable
