Home Health Aide PRN

The Home Health Aide PRN position at Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, Florida, provides personal care and escort services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living. This PRN role consists of short four-hour shifts that include two weekend shifts per month, with primary duties focused on transporting residents to doctors' appointments. The community is located at 2315 Leisure Lane, Naples, FL 34110.

Responsibilities

• Escort residents in skilled nursing and assisted living to doctors' appointments during assigned four-hour shifts
• Provide companionship and assistance with grooming and bathing
• Prepare meals and perform housekeeping tasks
• Deliver personal care services in residents' homes following a plan of care under RN supervision

Requirements

• Completion of 75 hours of training that includes an introduction to personal care services
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
• Valid driver's license when required for the role
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients preferred
• Understanding of basics of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process
