CNA Home Health PRN

The CNA Home Health PRN role is with Vi Living at Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, Florida. This position covers short four-hour shifts that include two weekend shifts each month and focuses on escorting residents from skilled nursing and assisted living to doctors' appointments. The site address is 2315 Leisure Lane, Naples, FL 34110.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff with activities of daily living for assigned residents
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide dining and tray services
• Deliver escort services to medical appointments
• Measure and record vital signs and weights
• Complete other care-related duties as assigned
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities
• Notify staff of resident condition changes as they occur

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health, Assisted Living, or as a Home Health Aide
• Completion of approved training for Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide
• Current CPR certification approved by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Current First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it
• Valid and current driver's license
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Compliance with Florida Care Provider Background Screening process
