Housekeeping Floor Technician

The Housekeeping Floor Technician role is with Vi Living at the Vi at Grayhawk senior living community in Scottsdale, Arizona. The position is based at 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale AZ 85255 and focuses on floor maintenance and common area upkeep within a senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard housekeeping equipment for routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.
• Perform minor repairs on an as-needed basis.
• Clean common areas of the community.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in a Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment (preferred).
• Valid and current driver's license where applicable.
• Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures.
• Skill with chemical solution and dilution ratios.
