Dining Room Supervisor

Vi Living operates the Vi at Grayhawk senior living community at 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. This Dining Room Supervisor role oversees daily operations of the dining room and café that serve residents and guests. The position includes staffing, scheduling, and training responsibilities in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the dining room and café, including staffing and scheduling
• Assign and verify completion of all side work
• Train staff to deliver efficient and timely meal service to residents and guests

Requirements

• Three years of previous experience in a high-quality restaurant, hotel, country club, or senior living community
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Food Handlers certification, or willingness to obtain as required
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system preferred
• Knowledge of current service styles and techniques
