Sales Counselor

The Sales Counselor role at Vi Living is located at Vi at Lakeside Village, 2792 Donnelly Drive, Lantana, FL 33462. This position sells senior living services and requires compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process through the Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals using the company's sales techniques in a team-oriented environment
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects
• Overcome objections to close sales and meet monthly goals

Requirements

• 2-3 years of direct sales experience involving high-end products or services
• Proven individual sales experience as a top producer
• Basic understanding of the retirement industry and continuing care concepts (preferred)
• Valid and current driver's license (where applicable)
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, REPS preferred
