LPN/LVN

This LPN position is with Vi Living at Vi at Lakeside Village, a senior living community located at 2792 Donnelly Drive, Lantana, FL 33462. The role provides nursing care to residents in this setting and participates in care team collaboration and quality activities. The pay range is $26.32 to $32.90 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and services to residents through identification of needs and implementation of prescribed interventions
• Evaluate resident outcomes and conditions
• Perform personal care for residents as needed
• Communicate and collaborate with care team members to resolve resident care problems and enhance care delivery
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities

Requirements

• Graduation from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications
• Current First Aid certification, or willingness and ability to obtain
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (preferred)
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients (preferred)
• Food handlers certification where required
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
• Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process
