Floor Technician Full Time Afternoon shift

Vi at Bentley Village, a senior living community at 2315 Leisure Lane in Naples, Florida, is hiring a full-time Floor Technician for the afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The position supports the housekeeping team with floor maintenance and cleaning in common areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard housekeeping equipment to perform routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.
• Perform minor repairs on an as-needed basis.
• Clean common areas of the community.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in a Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment (preferred).
• Valid and current driver's license.
• Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures.
• Skill with chemical solution and dilution ratios.
• Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.
