Floor Technician On-Call

The Floor Technician On-Call position is with Vi Living at the Vi at Aventura senior living community located at 19333 W. Country Club Drive, Aventura, FL 33180. This on-call role supports floor care and housekeeping operations in the community's common areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard housekeeping equipment to perform routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in common areas.
• Perform minor repairs on an as-needed basis.
• Clean common areas of the community.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work in a Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services, or Senior Living Environment (preferred).
• Valid and current driver's license, where applicable.
• Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures.
• Skill with chemical solution and dilution ratios.
• Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.
