Care Center Concierge-On-Call

The Care Center Concierge-On-Call role is an on-call position with Vi Living at the Vi at Silverstone community located at 23005 N. 74th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona. This position supports the resident services team and carries an on-call pay rate of $21 per hour with a posted range of $17.87 to $20.96 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct all residents and guests of the community
• Answer resident questions and address simple resident needs
• Monitor the emergency response and other community systems
• Receive and direct all incoming calls

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service environment (preferred)
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness and ability to obtain them
