Transportation Office Supervisor

The Transportation Office Supervisor role is with Vi Living at its senior living community located at 620 Sand Hill Road in Palo Alto, California. This position oversees transportation staff who transport residents to appointments and outings using community vehicles. A Class B Commercial Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise transportation staff responsible for transporting residents to and from appointments and outings using community vehicles including bus, van, limousine, and sedan.
• Ensure residents receive all appropriate assistance during outings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bus or van driver.
• Prior leadership role or supervisory experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Valid and current driver's license.
• Class B Commercial Driver's License.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Clean DMV driving record.
• Knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood area.
