Driver - CDL On-Call

This on-call Driver position is with Vi Living at the Vi at Silverstone senior living community located at 23005 N. 74th Street in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role supports transportation of residents to appointments and outings using community vehicles. The position is compensated at an on-call rate of $24 per hour within the overall pay range of $20.45 to $25.05 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from appointments and outings using community vehicles including bus, van, limousine, sedan, and trams
• Provide all appropriate assistance to residents during outings
• Complete all operational tasks involving driving

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a bus or van driver
• Valid and current driver's license for the vehicle class driven at time of hire
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness and ability to obtain them
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Clean DMV driving record to be possessed and maintained
• Knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood area
