Concierge

This part-time Concierge position is located at TidePointe, a Vi Community senior living facility at 700 TidePointe Way, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. The role operates on Fridays from 12 pm to 4 pm with additional shifts as needed. Pay ranges from $17.06 to $20.01 per hour based on years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct residents and guests at the community entrance.
• Answer questions from residents.
• Address basic resident requests.
• Monitor emergency response systems and other community systems.
• Receive and route incoming telephone calls.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification.
