Management Advancement Program

The Management Advancement Program at Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate in Miami, FL, is a six-month rotational leadership development track for recent graduates. The program includes an eight-week externship phase followed by a four-month fellowship phase across senior living community operations. Participants who complete the program become eligible for a Management-in-Training track or direct placement into community management roles.

Responsibilities

• Complete an eight-week rotational externship with hands-on exposure to all key departments, including luxury culinary services and research-based memory care programming.
• Advance to a four-month operations fellowship and complete a core competency assessment to specialize in one track: Sales, Business Office Management/HR, or Resident Enrichment.
• Receive dedicated mentorship from department heads while participating in the fellowship phase.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from one of the following fields: Gerontology, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Business, Finance, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, Therapeutic Recreation, Human Resources, Education, or Nursing.
• Program participation located in the Greater Miami-Dade market.
