Senior Living Sales Specialist

The Senior Living Sales Specialist role is based at Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate in Sherman Oaks, CA. The position provides extended on-site sales support across multiple Belmont Village communities offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The Sales Specialist works with local Community Relations teams to support occupancy targets and assists with new community openings while traveling extensively with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Community Relations Sales teams to achieve and maintain occupancy at or above budgeted census levels.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Community Relations Sales Professionals.
• Apply a strategic sales and marketing approach with a record of occupancy growth and advancing prospects to move-in.
• Support the opening of newly constructed Belmont Village communities.
• Maintain an accurate proprietary lead database with daily strategic use.
• Plan, organize, and participate in marketing events to promote Belmont Village Senior Living.
• Coordinate with community management and corporate support teams.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all community features, advantages, and benefits during tours and presentations to customers.
• Articulate Belmont Village services, programs, and pricing policies to customers.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior leasing or sales experience, including at least 1 year in senior living, assisted living, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience with MS Office and database CRM software.
• Ability to travel extensively, including extended overnight stays.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24-hour operation, including weekends.
• Successful completion of State and FBI background check, TB test, drug test, and health screening.
