Management Advancement Program

The Management Advancement Program is a six-month leadership development initiative at Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate in Coral Gables, Florida. The role is based in senior living communities that provide independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Participants complete a structured rotational training sequence across operations departments with dedicated preceptor support.

Responsibilities

• Complete an 8-week rotational externship with hands-on exposure to all key departments including luxury culinary services and research-based memory care programming.
• Upon successful completion of the externship phase, transition to a 4-month operations fellowship.
• Specialize in one track such as Sales, Business Office Management/HR, or Resident Enrichment during the fellowship phase under mentorship from department heads.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from one of the following fields: Gerontology, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Business, Finance, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, Therapeutic Recreation, Human Resources, Education, or Nursing.
• Program training location in Greater Miami-Dade market.
