The schedule runs Monday through Friday with no hospital rounds or holidays required and minimal call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their homes

Requirements

• Licensed as a NP in Pennsylvania
• Federal DEA License or eligibility
• Geriatric training or experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
