Job Description

The Community Liaison Marketing & Business Development Medical Group position is based with HarmonyCares in Irving, Texas. HarmonyCares operates as one of the nation’s largest home-based primary care practices and includes affiliated companies providing coordinated care through HarmonyCares Medical Group, Home Health, and Hospice. The role focuses on local market business development and patient transitions from area facilities and referral partners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate the competitive landscape to differentiate services to external referral partners
  • Educate community partners on the mission to deliver high-quality personalized healthcare in the home for patients with difficult access to care
  • Meet or exceed targets for in-person and virtual meetings with key decision makers
  • Explain eligibility criteria and enrollment processes for all programs
  • Facilitate benefit enrollment and related processes as requested
  • Track performance metrics in CRM and maintain adherence to budgeted targets for the assigned region
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face or phone discussions with patients, caregivers, or legal representatives to assess eligibility
  • Inform interested patients about accountable care organization participation or other CMS alternative payment models and collect Voluntary Alignment Forms when applicable
  • Handle inbound calls from patients, families, and facility staff regarding business units in the market
  • Triage patient concerns related to care needs, scheduling, and billing to the appropriate department
  • Document all outreach calls and scheduled meetings with external sources
  • Comply with all company policies, applicable laws, marketing regulations, beneficiary notification rules, and HIPAA privacy and security guidelines
  • Maintain regular communication with sales leaders and local business unit leadership
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 2+ years of health care related industry sales or marketing experience
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend required sales meetings
