Physician (MD/DO) Primary Care

HarmonyCares is hiring a Physician (MD/DO) for a Primary Care role based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The position involves delivering in-home primary care services to elderly individuals and patients with complex medical needs under a team-based, physician-driven model. HarmonyCares operates home-based primary care practices across 14 states and focuses on patients who have difficulty accessing traditional office-based care. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no hospital rounds, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting

Requirements

• Experience in geriatrics or complex patients preferred
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
