Enrichment Leader

Enrichment Leader positions are available at Belmont Village Senior Living in Aliso Viejo, California, within an Assisted Living and Memory Care community serving seniors with cognitive disabilities. Full-time roles follow a 9:00am-5:30pm schedule on Sunday-Thursday or Friday-Monday; part-time roles follow a 9:00am-5:30pm schedule on Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday. The position involves planning and delivering activities under the site's memory enrichment program curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and teach small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in therapeutic Whole Brain Fitness programs
• Prepare materials and conduct research to deliver memory enrichment activities
• Assist with cognitive assessments, track resident participation, and maintain compliance documentation

Requirements

• Associate degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 months leading group activities with a special needs population
• Ability to work the defined full-time or part-time schedule, which may include weekends
• Clear verbal and written communication in English
• Completion of post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
