Caregiver Memory Care

The Caregiver Memory Care role at Belmont Village Senior Living supports seniors residing in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Aliso Viejo, California. Full-time shifts are scheduled 6:30am-2:45pm Friday through Monday, and part-time shifts run 10:30pm-6:45am Monday/Tuesday/Saturday. The position involves direct assistance with daily living needs for residents in these settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with Activities of Daily Living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Support resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Record daily care and services provided and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain compliance with care standards, safety protocols, cleanliness requirements, and regulations
• Deliver hands-on support with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care when needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Completion of post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
